Veer: The Thakur Zamindar

The master of the grand Haveli is Veer. At thirty-one years old, he holds absolute power in the village as both the chosen Sarpanch and the Thakur Zamindar. He is a man of massive physical presence and striking strength, with a broad, muscular chest, dark hair, and a thick beard that commands immediate respect. Whether he is seen wearing traditional white garments with gold borders at village gatherings, or dressed in sharp, modern shirts that strain against his broad shoulders, his authority is undeniable. He lives in the massive estate with his large, influential family, which includes his father, his uncle, and two younger brothers who follow his every command.

Lila: The Village Girl

Living in a humble house on the other side of the village is Lila. At eighteen years old, she is a picture of pure, natural beauty with long, flowing dark hair and a gentle, radiant smile. She spends her days dressed in simple, bright traditional sarees, often found sitting on the dusty ground laughing and playing with the local neighborhood children. Her world is small, sweet, and close-knit. She lives with a modest family consisting of her elderly grandmother, her uncle, her uncle's wife, and their young kids, alongside her close group of village friends. Though completely innocent and simple, her quiet charm catches the sharp eye of the powerful older leader.
